The job
Roadwork plans your training across every sport you do. It is a training and nutrition support tool, not a replacement for a coach, doctor, or dietitian.
AI
Your sessions and suggestions are generated by AI. It is fast and helpful, and it can still be wrong. Read each plan and make it fit your body, your gear, and your space before you train.
Safety
Roadwork is not medical advice. If something hurts or feels unsafe, stop. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are coming back from injury, talk to a qualified professional before a demanding program.
Nutrition
Food and macro numbers are estimates, not nutrition advice or a diet prescription. Check them before you save. Roadwork is not a treatment for any medical condition or eating disorder.
Privacy
Your weight, food logs, and progress photos are private to you by default. Body photos are not sent to AI. Friends only see the workout activity you choose to share.
Your data
When you log food by voice or photo, the audio or image is sent to an AI provider so Roadwork can transcribe it or estimate nutrition. Use these features only when you are comfortable sharing that input.
Billing
Where paid plans run inside a native app, they are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings, and you keep paid features until the period you paid for ends. Prices may vary by country and store.
Refunds
Where a purchase is made through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy, through the store you bought from.
Credits
AI credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next one. We show capped plans as capped plans, with the monthly credit amount up front.
Your data
You can delete your account and your data anytime from the account page inside the app. If you cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your data by email.
Safety
Pain that does not pass, dizziness, chest symptoms, injury, pregnancy, or any medical condition. When in doubt, check with a qualified professional first.
