Use of Roadwork
Roadwork is a training and nutrition support tool. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, food estimate or recommendation is appropriate for your body, equipment and environment.
Age requirement
Roadwork is intended for athletes age 16 and older. If a stricter store, school, parent, coach, doctor, or local rule applies to you, follow that rule before using the app.
Health notice
Roadwork is not medical advice. Stop training if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe symptoms. Talk with a qualified professional before starting a demanding program or changing nutrition if you have a medical condition.
Training carries risk
Strength, combat and endurance training carry a real risk of injury. You decide to train, you decide the loads, and you train at your own risk. By using Roadwork you confirm that you are healthy enough for the training you do, that you will scale down or skip anything that does not suit you on the day, and that you will get medical clearance first if you have a heart or blood pressure condition, are pregnant, are coming back from an injury or surgery, or take medication that affects exercise.
Content and estimates
AI generated workouts and nutrition estimates can be wrong. Review plans before training and correct food estimates before saving them.
Community conduct
Roadwork has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Do not choose a display name, avatar or any other content that is offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that pretends to be someone else. You can report any athlete from their profile or from your friends list, and you can block them so they disappear from your feed and cannot reach you. We read every report and act within 24 hours, which can include removing the content and removing the athlete from Roadwork. Repeat offenders lose their account.
Third party content
Some exercise demonstrations are videos and images hosted by other services, such as YouTube and exercise media providers. Roadwork does not own that content and does not review every clip. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you play or view their content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are sold and billed through the app store you installed Roadwork from (Google Play or the App Store). The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of every period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You cancel and manage a subscription in your store account (Google Play or the App Store), not inside Roadwork. Refunds follow your app store's refund policy together with any consumer rights you have by law. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and device secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support.
Warranties and liability
Roadwork is provided as is. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a generated plan will produce any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, Roadwork and its owner are not liable for injury, loss of data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the app, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Roadwork in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use Roadwork as a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the place you live.
Changes
Roadwork may change features, terms and pricing as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated inside the app or by email when appropriate.
